Institutional Giving
A leader in the Washington, DC, arts and cultural scene for more than 100 years, The Phillips Collection collaborates with a coalition of corporate partners, philanthropists, and officials who share this vision.
Art, wellness, and education are at the core of the museum’s endeavors, advancing diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion (DEAI) values throughout our work.
Corporate Partnerships
The Phillips Collection offers corporate partners best-in-class experiences to advance business development goals, provide unique employee benefits, and make an impact in our community.
Assistant Curator Camille Brown gives a talk at the opening of Pour, Tear, Carve: Material Possibilities in the Collection.
Foundation & Government Support
Grants from local and national foundations and government agencies provide critical support for museum operations and core Phillips activities, including special exhibitions, PK-12 education, community engagement, collections care and research, as well as diversity and inclusion initiatives. Grant funding makes so much possible at the museum on 21st street, at Phillips@THEARC, throughout the communities we serve, and online.

Diplomatic Engagement
Cultural diplomacy is essential—both here in DC and abroad. The Phillips Collection relishes collaborations with Ambassadors, cultural attachés, and affiliates as a neighbor to Washington, DC’s Embassy Row. Exhibition sponsorship, special events, international exchanges, and cultural programs abound.
