Contemporaries Bash on May 4 brings the Australian waterfront to Dock 5

WASHINGTON—The Phillips Collection and the Embassy of Australia are pleased to invite you to the 2018 Contemporaries Bondi Beach Bash. Inspired by the waterfront city’s surf culture, The PhillipsCollection brings Bondi Beach to Dock 5 in Union Market on Friday, May 4. This sensational evening will feature premium open bar, delicious Australian-inspired bites, DJ curated music to dance the night away, and a stylish beachy vibe. The Bash is a sell-out event that attracts over 700 of the city’s most well connected and philanthropic young professionals.

Proceeds from both the Contemporaries Bash and Annual Gala raise critical resources for the museum’s award-winning education programs. These initiatives inspire creativity, foster a greater understanding of our world, and provide lifelong learning experiences in our community, across the country, and around the world.
