Art & Wellness Club

Welcome to the Art & Wellness Club
Led by local and national wellness teachers, join us for free 30-minute online meditations. Inspired by artworks from the collection, each session focuses on a different mindfulness practice. Following the meditation, a Phillips Educator will give a Spotlight Talk about the artwork.
Mindfulness teacher and singer Ofosu Jones-Quartey leads a 30-minute hip-hop sound bath meditation inspired by Dindga McCannon’s Charlie Parker and Some of the Amazing Musicians He Influenced. Following the meditation, stay online for a Spotlight Talk.
