Robin Bell in Conversation
Phillips Talks
Robin Bell is a multimedia artist and founder of Bell Visuals, living and working in Washington, DC. Although trained as a printmaker, Bell has become best known for his video works and projections—often carrying social commentary and political messages—which over the years have been exhibited and projected at numerous venues, including the Kennedy Center and the Trump International Hotel in DC. In 2019 he had a solo show at the Corcoran, and in 2020, he has been commissioned to do a series of projections on the exterior of the Martin Luther King Library in DC. Bell will be discussing his work with Senior Curator of Modern and Contemporary art Vesela Sretenović.
